Headline artist: Ali Cobby Eckermann

UNSPOKEN WORDS FESTIVAL runs 7-17 September in the inner west of Sydney with performances, workshops, discussions and special events, all created by and for storytellers!

Focusing this year on health and self-care, the program is run by passionate individuals from within the community and includes sessions on decolonisation, first aid training, small business, safer spaces, and intersections of race, culture, class, sexuality and gender.

Unspoken Words' focus for the 2018 festival is health and self-care and pays respects to the creative communities that keep us thriving all year round.

Festival artists include Ali Cobby Eckermann, Alison Whittaker, Jesse Oliver, Winnie Dunn, Scott-Patrick Mitchell, Arielle Cottingham, Bill Moran and Lilli Rodrigues-Pang.
