TWO DOUBLE PASSES TO THE NEW PLAY ‘TO BE HONEST’

This show is a verbatim theatre show that has been created based on interviews that writer/director, Stefo Nantsou conducted with youth from Western Sydney, in particular from the Canterbury Bankstown area. The show looks at the experiences of real people dealing with homelessness and the associated struggles and how ultimately hope is a common thread that helps people to keep going.

TO BE HONEST also mixes music, rap and acting together to create a really entertaining, accessible and touching experience for audiences. It is an artful, honest and beautiful look into what it means to grow up homeless in Western Sydney.
