This week on FRIDAY NIGHT LIVE we will have our two Saturday Night performers Ursula Yovich and iOTA dropping by along with special guests Benhur Helwend, Marney McQueen and Julia Zemiro
Ursula Yovich is an acclaimed performer with 3 x Helpmann Awards to her name and is currently starring in Mystery Road and has other credits to her name such as Barbara and the Camp Dogs and Baz Luhrman’s Australia.
iOTA is also a multi-talented Australian singer-songwriter, actor, and artist with a long list of theatre and film credits to his name. From performing as the flame-throwing guitar villain in Mad Max: Fury Road to tap-dancing extraordinaire in Baz Luhrmann’s Great Gatsby his film credits are enviable. With four Helpmann Awards to his name and an ARIA Award nomination we can’t wait to see what’s in store for us when he straps on his guitar and rocks out in our Saturday Live Music set.
Benhur Helwend is an actor and musician who will be wooing us with his phenomenal talents on the ukulele.
Marney McQueen will be dropping by to have a chat and/or sign as herself or one of her many alter egos. We never know what we’re going to get with Marney and we can’t wait.
Julia Zemiro will join us for a Zoom chat to talk about her 3rd and final instalment as the Artistic Director of the Adelaide Cabaret festival which is currently streaming its live program to their audience.
