Presented by Jenny Morris, ART OF MUSIC is a unique and dynamic event combining both visual arts and music. A group of prominent contemporary visual artists come together to create an original artwork exhibition. Each artist chooses an iconic song to inspire a piece of artwork which is then auctioned during a gala dinner in the spectacular Grand Court of the Art Gallery of New South Wales.
2018 artists presenting works for auction are: Ben Quilty, Guy Maestri, Holly Greenwood, Joshua Yeldham, Laura Jones, Leila Jeffreys, Lucy Culliton, Luke Sciberras, Nicholas Harding, Yvette Coppersmith. Performers include Mark Seymour (Hunters & Collectors), Ainslie Wills & Julia Jacklin.
