As Opera Australia celebrates its 70th year, our flagship Opera Company is offering two wonderful entertainment opportunities.
This lunchtime Wednesday Opera Australia will give a special performance featuring some of its finest performers at the central area on level 1 at Sydney’s Queen Victoria Building, The performance will feature highlights from their current production of The Merry Widow and star Emma Pearson, Leon Vitogiannis, together with six dancers, accompanied by the QVB’s iconic grand piano. The performance will start at 12.30pm sharp.
On another note, Opera Australia is offering up to 140 tickets at the heavily discounted rate of $70 to the performances of The Merry Widow at the Sydney Opera House between the 17th and 24th July 2026.
