Little Sydney Lives at Sydney City Library

Sydney’s youngest photographers have been creating lively new works that capture their fresh perspectives.

The images on display at the City Of Sydney public library in Customs House were taken by children between the ages of three and twelve who live in Sydney .

Their enchanting snapshots, which capture distinctive moments in time, offer us a glimpse in to the lives and imaginations of our youngest creatives.

Bethany Whiting – Inner West cousins go bush
Carter Chetty – My Grasshopper Friend
Charlie Whiting – Best Donuts in the Wood!
Ezra Bor – Visiting Cousin
Isabella Mereau – Looking up to the past
Mitchell Holt – Happy Feet
Nicholas Yeo – The fastest kid in Sydney
Orson Ferris – Man with his parrot
Thomas Meyer – The Solar System rocks!

On another level of the Sydney City  library, there are a number of charming photos taking at the turn of the 20th Century of buildings and precincts, many of which no longer exist.
