Matt Nable is the writer/director and a participant actor in his directorial debut, TRANSFUSION.
He is a familiar face on the big and the small screen usually playing the tough guy.
This film is written for the real Matt Nable who is the opposite of his stereotypical screen persona. He had to write his own film in order to convey what he is really like, that is a sensitive guy.
The story tells of a battle hardened soldier played by Sam Worthington suffering from PTSD returning home to his grief stricken son played by Edward Carmody, after the death of his mother, played by Phoebe Tonkin. They have to find some way to connect in order to move forward with their lives.
