APRA NOMINEES ANNOUNCED

Not to be confused with the prudential regulator the APRA we are dealing with stands for the Australasian Performing Right Association which handed out its first awards in 1982. The APRA annual music awards celebrate excellence in contemporary music honouring the skills of composers, songwriters and publishers who amongst other things have achieved success in sales and airplay performance.

Unlike many theatrical performances, the APRA awards have transitioned to an online presence. This year’s nominations are:-
